Refund policy

We have a strict 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we are unable to offer free returns at this time. Returns are paid for by the customer. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for items lost or delayed in the post and can only process a refund once we have received the item back. We cannot offer refunds on sale items and items which are discounted. These will be eligible for an exchange only or store credit on a gift card. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SWIMWEAR OR ANY ITEMS CONTAINING SWIMWEAR/UNDERWEAR WITH A HYGIENE LABEL.

Items on  pre order are made to order and will be eligible for a gift card or exchange only. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately if items have make-up stains, odours or signs of wear we will be unable to process a refund and the garment will be sent back to you.

To start a return, please complete the returns form included with your order and post back to the address on the returns form. Once received by us, the cost of the item will be refunded to your original source of payment if within the relevant time period. Returns sent back to us outside of our 14 day period will not be eligible for a refund. 

If your order has been eligible for free delivery due to the value of the order and the whole order is returned, the cost of standard delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund amount will be for the cost of the item alone and will not include postage paid by you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. We aim to process returns received by us within three working days.
